OUR POLICIES
For Dogs:
BEFORE AND DURING LESSONS
•Please keep your dog leashed and under your control at all times unless directed by a trainer to remove or release the leash. There can be other dogs entering the building or present that are in different stages of training.

•When you arrive and leave please make sure to close the door behind you.
​
•If your dog relieves themselves in the yard please pick it up and properly dispose of it. We have poo bags available for your use anytime. If they have an accident indoors let us know right away. We have cleaning supplies and are happy to assist you clean the mess. Don't worry, it happens.

VACCINATION AND HEALTH POLICIES
•All dogs that attend courses at ACE must have current vaccinations including rabies. Before you may attend any group class or private session you must submit verification of your dogs recent shot records and heath check from a certified veterinarian.
•For the safety reasons we do not allow dogs with sever health issues such to train if they are not under the care of a veterinarian.

•If your dog is sick or experiencing unknown medical symptoms please reschedule your lesson.
INTACT DOG POLICY
•If you own an intact female dog please do not ever bring them to training during heat. Their scent can spread to parts of the yard and building and causes major distractions or stress for our intact male dogs even when your female is not present.
​
•If your female is pregnant she must first have approval for training from a veterinarian.
•If you own an intact male dog do not ever allow them to mount another dog during our sessions. It can be hard to separate a determined male from an intact female. No one wants unplanned puppies.
​
Please spay and neuter your pets when possible. Ask a trainer for more information and vet suggestions.
For People:
BEFORE AND DURING LESSONS

All dogs and people should stay 6ft away from each other at all times.
​
If you or a loved one is feeling sick, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE come to class.
​
If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 please notify us immediately.
​
We follow all the current CDC guidelines for cleaning and safety protocols.
​
Thank you for understanding and following all these rules. We work with high risk clients and must take extra care to make sure we reduce the chance of exposure as much as possible.
​
•Please show up on time for your lesson or contact us if you will be running late.
​
•If you need to reschedule a lesson, if possible, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
​
*If you do not let us know you will be late, miss your appointment, or need to reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of your lesson it will be considered completed and deducted from your remaining lesson total with NO MAKE UP LESSON OFFERED*
​
•If you are sick or getting over a recent sickness please reschedule your lesson. We work with a variety of immunocompromised clients and children who can become seriously ill if they are exposed to your illness.
•Always respect the building and the staff. We have a zero tolerance policy for destructive, aggressive, or hateful behavior. This is a safe space for everyone.
​
•Enjoy yourself, and speak up! If you have a question, please ask. If you need help with something, please ask.
​
•We have ZERO tolerance policy for animal abuse of any kind. Abuse of any kind will be reported to animal control.
​
•There are NO REFUNDS for any services at any time.
