Are you ready to get a service dog? Before you apply for any of our Service Dog, Therapy Dog, or ESA Training Programs please look though this page and read our step by step application guide. Reviewing some of our frequently asked questions, program requirements, restrictions, and tips for success can help you and your family decide if this is the right choice for you. How to Apply
Online Application
The first step toward joining our program begins with filling out the Application and submitting your $50* processing fee.
1.
Once we receive your completed application one of our staff members will contact you for a phone interview to review the application. This process takes 1 to 3 weeks for scheduling.
2.
After your phone interview and dog evaluation (if applicable) you are ready to start! The final step is an orientation class, click the link to the left to register with pre-pay and expedite your application process. All teams must complete this class prior to dog placement and training start date.
